Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Perform routine painting, patching, surface prep, and finishing of walls, doors, ceilings, and trim using hospital approved materials; Conduct minor carpentry repairs including patching holes, replacing wall protection, baseboards, corner guards, and repairing non-fire rated doors; Protect floors, furniture, and equipment using approved coverings, and follow proper cleanup procedures; Maintain safe work practices in behavioral health environments, including tool control, ligature-risk awareness, and safe interaction with patients; Respond to work orders and complete required documentation
