Loan Officer Assistant / Loan Partner
to support our specialized
divorce-focused lending practice
. This full-time position is designed for a seasoned mortgage professional who thrives working independently on complex files.
Your work directly impacts clients navigating one of life's most challenging transitions. You'll be part of a specialized practice where attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are paramount. This position offers the autonomy of remote work while contributing to meaningful outcomes for divorcing clients who need expert financial guidance.

Compensation:
$52,000 - $75,000+ DOE + performance bonus
Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients to review follow-up items and outstanding issues with empathy and professionalism
Collect, organize, and coordinate required loan documentation
Draft and manage professional email communications, templates, and follow-up correspondence
Calculate and analyze income across multiple mortgage scenarios
Assist in preparing divorce mortgage planning reports and summaries
Track deadlines and proactively follow up with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals to keep cases moving forward
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, making and screening calls, and general office coordination
Qualifications:

Must be able to competently calculate income
Must have at least
3 years
of mortgage experience as a loan officer assistant, loan partner, or loan processor. Preferred: 5+ years
Excellent customer service and communication skills, and willing to go above and beyond for customers and the team
Must be proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Jungo and Arive is a plus
NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
Prior legal experience is a plus
Must reside in the U.S. and be able to work PST hours
