Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Summary A well-established Harrisburg law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with family law and litigation experience to join as soon as possible with bonus paid upon hiring. Unique opportunity to be mentored by a highly successful and seasoned family law attorney toward expected law practice transition.

Job Responsibilities

Manage various family law cases which include divorce, support, and custody matters

Conduct legal research

Prepare legal documents

Represent clients in court proceedings

Maintain high levels of professional conduct and ethics

Communicate and work effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff

Contribute to the growth of the firm

Requirements

Licensed to practice in PA

3-5 years family law experience

Good standing with the PA Bar Association with no disciplinary actions

Expertise in various areas of family law

Negotiation and advocacy skills

A candidate with a book of business is a plus but not necessary

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and caseload efficiently

Proficiency in legal software and research tools

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
