Field Service Representative and Driver Job Duties include: Logistics & Transportation: Drive a 26-foot box truck to facilitate the timely delivery and pickup of medical equipment. Equipment Handling: Prepare medical devices for delivery and manage the physical loading and unloading of the vehicle. Sanitization: Clean and disinfect medical equipment according to Arjo’s specific quality standards. Documentation: Process all delivery and pickup paperwork accurately and maintain routine vehicle maintenance records. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the box truck remains in good appearance and that all routine servicing is completed. Customer Relations: Provide a high level of professional etiquette during all interactions with patients and healthcare customers. Other duties as assigned Field Service Representative and Driver Preferred Skills include: Operations Expertise: At least two (2) years of experience in a service or operations-based field. Customer Service: At least two (2) years of experience in a front-line, customer-facing role. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict medical-grade sanitization protocols and maintain rigorous documentation. Able to provide 2 professional references Field Service Representative and Driver Requirements may include: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Driving Record: A strictly clean driving record is mandatory. Physical Ability: * Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to push/pull up to 75 lbs. Truck Operation: Proven ability to operate a work truck (26-foot box truck). Environment Adaptability: Ability to work with solvents and cleaning chemicals in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled.
