Quality Manager

Job Description: Lead and manage the company-wide quality management system and core procedures. Ensure compliance with International Organization for Standardization 9001 standards and other applicable certifications. Oversee internal audit programs and develop audit summary reports. Manage corrective and preventive action processes for quality issues. Coordinate investigation and resolution of customer complaints. Develop and present quality metrics to leadership on a regular schedule. Improve process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.

Position Requirements: Trained International Organization for Standardization lead auditor; certification preferred. Experience managing supplier certification requirements, including Production Part Approval Process. Ability to drive process improvement across quality, productivity, cost, and delivery. Strong computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems. Ability to train and develop employees in quality systems and initiatives. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
