Requirements:

Active AR license

BC

Own personal laptop (No MAC/Apple)

DMA Certification or willing to obtain

Provider must have their own office

Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular

Must be within 50 miles of location
