As an

Evening Shift LPN Charge Nurse

, you will provide direct nursing care while serving as a clinical leader during evening hours. You'll support residents' comfort and safety, guide CNAs, and collaborate with on-call providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the evening. ? Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' condition Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Provide calm reassurance and emotional support overnight Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment Follow infection control and safety protocols ??
