About the Job
Summary
Our law firm is seeking two full-time removal defense attorneys to litigate trial-level cases before Arizona's immigration courts and to lead a small team of attorneys and paralegals. For more than twenty years, removal defense has been the foundation of our practice, and we are nationally recognized for progressive, client-centered immigration advocacy. Effectively communicate with other attorneys and experts in the field—locally and nationally—to leverage as much knowledge and advice as possible for the benefit of our clients.
Analyze the immigration consequences of criminal convictions by providing "Padilla consults" to criminal defense attorneys.
Perform consultations for potential clients who are interested in the law firm's services.
