Job Description

The LTC RN provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include completing assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring chronic conditions, supervising LPNs and CNAs, updating care plans, and communicating with physicians and families. The RN ensures regulatory compliance, supports infection control practices, and promotes resident safety and quality of life. Strong clinical skills, time management, and leadership abilities are essential. BLS required; LTC or geriatric experience preferred
