Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Controls Engineer/Maintenance Support to join their team. As a Controls Engineer/Maintenance Support, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and system reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support Material Handling System Downtime remediation to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical automation and control systems in operational processes to increase productivity and volume.
Review control system schematics, specifications, and utilize software and testing equipment to resolve complex system malfunctions.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and vendors for complex, multidisciplinary problem-solving involving PLCs, HMI software, and conveyor control systems.
Manage cross-functional support teams and vendors to meet project and contract requirements while maintaining system integrity.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering or a related technical field.
8-10 years of experience in technical troubleshooting of conveyor system controls or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of PLC, HMI software, and conveyor control systems.
Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional support teams.
