Our client, the industry leader in data center operations and construction, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Manager 5, you will be part of the Operations Construction team supporting strategic project delivery at the Quincy, WA campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $76.10 - $83.70
What's the Job?
Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception through closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Oversee day-to-day field activities, monitor progress, and perform site inspections to verify quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, general contractors, vendors, and consultants to develop project scopes, schedules, and procurement plans.
Review and approve project plans, bid packages, and change orders, ensuring compliance with specifications and company policies.
Lead safety programs and promote an injury-free environment through proactive management and team mentorship.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with data center fiber installation projects.
Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar tools.
