BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Hernando County! Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Location: Brooksville - Covers all of Hernando County Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: None On Call: No The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for: Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient. Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation. Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources. Performing other duties as assigned. * This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field. Certification/License: BLS (Basic Life Support) Driver's License Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred Required Education: Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field Experience: 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required 1 year of relevant experience with Master's - Preferred Come join our wonderful team!
