Position Overview

We are seeking experienced 1099 Independent Sales Representatives to generate new business within our target specialties.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped, recurring residual compensation.

The primary responsibility is originating qualified opportunities through established relationships with physician-owned practices and facilitating introductions to decision-makers.

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor) • Monthly residual commissions paid for the duration of the client relationship • Commission structure scales based on size and revenue of accounts originated • No cap on earnings

Because Progressus Revenue provides ongoing services, commissions are recurring.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage physician-owned practices within target specialties • Secure introductions and meetings with practice owners and administrators • Present Progressus Revenue’s services at a high level

Progressus Revenue manages audits, implementation, onboarding, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sales strongly preferred • Pre-existing relationships with physician-owned practices in Pain Management, PCP, Neuro Spine, Ortho, GI, ENT, or Multi-Specialty groups • Proven ability to generate new business • Self-motivated and results-driven
