The *Charge Nurse *will ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times in accordance with the State and Federal Regulations and the facility policies and procedures.

*Job Responsibilities *as a Charge Nurse you will interact with patients, family members and physicians as well as documenting the residents' data into (MATRIX)medical records. Additional responsibilities include: over site residents care is provided per residents care plan, work with physicians, and other vendors providing the care for the residents. Participate when needed on Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the accuracy and continuity of the residents total plan of care. Follow the on-going Quality Improvement Program for the nursing department.
