Regional State Test Administrator

*Overview* This is a contractor opportunity. Hours will vary based on student testing needs. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented test administrator (TA) to oversee standardized testing sessions. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that testing procedures are followed accurately and that students have a conducive environment to perform their best. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the testing process. *Responsibilities* * Supervise students during standardized testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing protocols * Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring that all items are accounted for before and after the testing period * Provide clear instructions to students regarding test procedures and guidelines * Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or violations of testing rules * Assist students with any questions or concerns during the examination process while maintaining test security * Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions * Collaborate with educators to support adult education initiatives and enhance the overall testing experience for students * Maintain current test administration training credentials *Qualifications* * MUST have appropriate educator or administrator license required for New Mexico * Strong understanding of standardized testing procedures and requirements. * Willing to travel in the state of New Mexico * Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 per hour License/Certification: * teaching license in NM (Required) * drivers license and proof of insurance (Required) Ability to Commute: * Santa Rosa, NM 88435 (Required) Work Location: In person
