Roles & Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care setting Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with interdisciplinary team Support activities of daily living and promote resident dignity and independence Ensure infection control practices and immunization compliance are followed Participate in trainings, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license (RN) in New Jersey or compact license where applicable Recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Current BLS/CPR certification required Up-to-date immunizations as listed (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza) Ability to pass Trinity 10 panel drug screen and required health clearance Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills Clinical assessment and care planning for older adults Medication administration and IV/med pass familiarity Wound care and chronic disease management basics Electronic health record documentation and timely charting Infection prevention practices and immunization knowledge Team collaboration, resident advocacy, and family communication
