Responsibilities: \n \n Greeting and checking in patients when they arrive to the office. \n Process incoming telephone calls/messages based on office policy and procedure. \n Schedule appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to care. \n Schedule all follow up appointments as directed by the providers or as indicated on encounter forms. \n Obtain patient signature on the appropriate waiver(s) according to insurance requirements \n Organize and monitor the provider's daily schedule. \n Maintain timely patient flow. \n Verify patient insurance

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour \n CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
