Construction Project Management
Project Management in a working GMP manufacturing site
Strong financial acumen (budget control, reporting, forecasting)
Bachelors Degree or +5 years of event planning experience, Corporate or Nonprofit (or both)
Managed large groups of volunteers
Organized multiple events simultaneously
Experience: Negotiable based on experience but looking for an experience PM.
Corporate Events & Social Impact Programs
Lead planning and execution of large-scale corporate volunteer programs, including in Action (Spring) and the Children’s Vision Program (Fall).
Manage timelines, milestones, and logistics for multi site volunteer events, ensuring smooth coordination during peak seasons (Spring and Fall).
Serve as primary liaison between Social Impact, nonprofit partners, site leads, and internal stakeholders to confirm project details, supply needs, safety expectations, and day of instructions.
Develop event toolkits and communications, including volunteer instructions, project briefs, FAQs, and promotional content for InSight pages and internal channels.
Oversee procurement and distribution of event-related materials (supplies, equipment, PPE, signage, branded items).
Facilitate day of event support, including onsite coordination, troubleshooting, partner engagement, and volunteer experience management.
Track, report, and summarize impact metrics, aligning with Social Impact reporting requirements (volunteer hours, participants, community outcomes).
Partner with internal functions (Communications, Facilities, Security, Risk, HR, Legal) as needed to ensure safe, approved, and well-organized events.
Experience collaborating with functions like Facilities, Security, Risk/EHS, Legal, Communications, HR.
Event or project credentials (e.g., Cvent, CMP, PMP, or CAPM) are a plus.
Preferred use of event planning or volunteer software (cybergrants, benevity, cvent, etc.)
Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lift, carry, and move event materials and supplies up to 20–40 lbs independently; team lift items above that weight.
Early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required during peak weeks for setup/teardown or multi-site coverage.
Local travel between event sites; occasional regional travel depending on program footprint.
