Estate Planning Attorney: 5-10 years Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP seeks an experienced business transactions attorney with 5-10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: · Estate planning · Estate and trust administration An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and writing skills. A portable book of business is a plus but not required. This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska and is not a virtual position. Candidates are expected to be licensed to practice law in Nebraska or have the ability to become licensed in Nebraska in the near future.
