Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team.As a key member of the special education team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to help them succeed in their academic and social environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12, based on IEP goals.
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized tools.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Valid MN SLP license (or eligibility).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
