Qualifications: Active

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

license Compassionate and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation Reliable, professional, and eager to grow What Youll Do Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and document resident conditions and vital signs Support clinical care plans and provide direct resident care Perform wound care, catheter care, and assist with ADLs Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the full care team Provide education to residents and families Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards Respond to emergencies and provide timely, skilled care Assist with training and mentoring CNAs WALK-IN INTERVIEWS WELCOME!
