MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStock and rotate produce displays according to company standards and FIFO guidelinesMaintain freshness, quality, and visual appeal of produce displaysAssist customers with locating items, answering questions, and providing recommendationsLearn and understand unique produce items to educate and guide shoppersEnsure proper handling and storage of perishable productsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the department, including coolers and prep areasMonitor for product spoilage, quality issues, and report concerns to supervisorAs part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.
