A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Director to oversee pharmacy operations in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires a background in inpatient hospital pharmacy practice, ensuring effective management of pharmaceutical services and compliance with healthcare standards. Location: Collierville, TN Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage pharmacy operations within the hospital. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate daily activities. Manage inventory, budgeting, and pharmacy workflow. Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives. Provide on-call support as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage a pharmacy team effectively. Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills.
