Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school in Lakeville, MN, for the current school year through June 5, 2026. This role requires a dedicated SLP to provide in-person services, supporting students communication development and speech-language needs within the school setting. Key Qualifications:

* Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) * Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school environment * Strong knowledge of speech-language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies * Ability to deliver direct therapy services; unable to support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) * Commitment to student progress and educational collaboration

Responsibilities:

* Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs * Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals * Monitor and document student progress regularly * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success * Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards
