Daily Responsibilities: Assist with veterinary procedures and surgeries Provide nursing care to patients Perform diagnostic tests, including X-rays and ultrasounds Maintain medical records and ensure accurate documentation Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic Required Skills: Experience in veterinary assisting and small animal care Ability to handle anesthesia, surgery, and urgent care situations Strong patient care skills and attention to detail Knowledge of medical records management and scheduling appointments Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with diagnostic procedures, and venipuncture Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $18.00/hr Maximum Salary: $dependent on experience Flexible schedules, holiday pay is double time since we are open, paid time off Dental and vision insurance, vacation leave Medical reimbursement and employee discounts Company Information: Jackson Pet Emergency Clinic is a busy small animal emergency clinic located in Jackson, TN.
