PICU Nurse Practitioner

Dates needed: ASAP ongoing • Schedule: Ideal locum candidates can provide at least 4-6 shifts per 4-week block; o Variable days, evenings, nights, & weekends as part of a 24/7/365 coverage model o Weekend, Night, and Holiday work is shared equally among all team members o 12-hour Days/Nights (, ) • Call: In-house night call responsibilities are shared among all team members who have completed orientation to nights. • PICU: 6-8 patients during the day; night call includes all patients assigned to team at checkout as well as any new admission assigned to the team. Specialty skills and procedures: Arterial line placement, Central Venous Line Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Endotracheal Intubation, Lumbar Puncture, PICC Placement • EMR: Epic
