SPRING YOUTH SOCCER REFEREE

$15-$20 per hour Seasonal variable hours Job Summary Seeking reliable, sports-oriented individuals to referee youth soccer games for Park City Recreation's 2026 Spring Youth Soccer League. General knowledge of the rules of soccer is important. Referees officiate games for children ages 7 - 10. Program runs April 22 to June 6. Games are held Saturdays between 9am - 2pm and Wednesdays 4:30-7pm TYPICAL JOB DUTIES

Officiate youth soccer games/referee.

Prepare the field for game play prior to the scheduled start time

Communicate with program supervisor, coaches, players and parents

Communicate with program supervisor on field/weather conditions

Monitor the site during the activity

Ensure coaches, parents and players know where to go

Ensure that games start and end on time

Clean up fields after games have finished and return equipment to proper storage

Ensures that safety is exercised throughout all recreational activities

Professional, caring attitude when talking to children and parents
