Akkodis is seeking a
Privacy Policy Implementation Project Manager for a contract role with a client in Atlanta, GA.
Duration: 5 Months + Possible Extension
Location - Atlanta, GA 30318 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60- $63/hr on W2 All Inclusive
(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
What We Do/Project
The Privacy Policy Implementation Contractor will clone WBD into a separate instance for DG across Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and other critical public-facing legal documents across ~40 languages.
This role is a key part of ensuring legal compliance for DG on day 1.
The contractor will coordinate closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Business, and Technical teams to ensure the cloned application for DG is aligned, accurate, and delivered on time.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Clone WBD into a separate instance for DG across Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and related public-facing legal documents across ~40 languages.
• Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Product, Business, and Technical partners to ensure the cloned application for DG is aligned, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Project-manage release timelines, status tracking, deliverables, translations, QA, troubleshooting, escalation, and remediation activities.
• Create ~500 policy and TOU pages across WordPress and OneTrust, including creating URLs, uploading/editing text, mapping/tagging pages, selecting templates, and formatting content.
• Conduct QA and troubleshooting, reviewing online text, broken links, formatting issues, and HTML/CSS errors.
• Interface with OneTrust service reps to generate tickets, escalate issues, and review incident reports.
• Identify process pain points and propose improvements and best practices.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Project Management Experience across large corporate initiatives.
a. 5+ years of experience; Influencing stakeholders, managing multiple deliverables and timelines.
2) HTML/CSS Experience
a. 6+ months of experience
3) WordPress Experience
a. 6+ months of experience
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Copyediting experience
2) Experience with OneTrust
Soft Skills:
1) Project management experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups
2) Precise attention to detail
3) Ability to manage updates across complex ecosystems of pages, templates, and tools
Technology Requirements:
1) Experience with HTML/CSS
2) Experience with WordPress
