Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A physical therapist is needed to provide specialized services within a K-12 educational setting in Bangor, PA. This contract position offers an opportunity to support students mobility and participation through targeted interventions aligned with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. The assignment is onsite with a commitment of 1015 hours per week, continuing through June 1, 2026. Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to eligible students based on IEP requirements. Support a caseload consisting of 7 students receiving 30 minutes weekly and 1 student receiving 60 minutes weekly. Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to facilitate student access and engagement in the school environment. Document services and progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Current physical therapist licensure appropriate for school-based practice. Experience in pediatric physical therapy, preferably in a school setting. Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location: Bangor, PA; services provided at Five Points Elementary School, Washington Elementary Schools, and Bangor High School. Onsite position only.
