We are seeking a

Charge Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations, supervising CNAs, and ensuring accurate documentation, care planning, and compliance with physician orders in a collaborative healthcare environment. Job Responsibilities Administer medication according to doctor orders/procedure Render and assist complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders Maintain current resident care plans on all residents Review patient records daily to assure accuracy Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert lists Initiate any and all emergency procedures as necessary Other duties as assigned as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor, DNS, ADNS and Administrator As a Unit Charge Nurse, you will supervise 2-3 CNAs on the 11-7 shift. As the Nurse Supervisor on your weekend* you will also oversee the house and taking a unit.
