Residential/Commercial Service Technician: minimum 1-3 years · Must have experience servicing/installing residential and commercial garage doors. · Knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies used in the residential garage door service · Mechanical aptitude and be skilled in using various hand and power tools · Ability to work and communicate with the internal Project Managers, Sales Team, building owners and managers as well as with the job site superintendents and other workforce. Understand oral instructions, and be able to read and interpret step by step instruction documents and communicate them to your team. · Be a self-starter with the ability to operate without direct supervision · Ability to follow policies and procedures. · Rotating Saturday schedule · Rotation on call schedule *with or without accommodations. Full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso.
