Night focus, 3x12-hour nights per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; rotating D/N possible (you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination depending on department needs). Schedule assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period. Orientation: Week 1 Mon-Fri dayshift; Week 2: 36 hours on-unit with a preceptor.

Roles & Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to Med-Surg and PCU patients using telemetry monitoring Perform skilled procedures such as IV starts and tracheostomy care including suctioning and inner cannula changes Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias to keep patients safe and stable Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC for clear, coordinated patient care Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, supporting staffing needs across the floor Follow infection prevention protocols and fall-prevention strategies to protect vulnerable patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory, PT, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response

Qualifications Minimum 2 years RN experience required; experience must be met within the most recent 3 years At least 1 year of current specialty experience required for clinical pass EPIC charting experience required BLS (BCLS) required ACLS, NIHSS, and OCN preferred (marked as preferred certifications) Administration of chemotherapy preferred for those with Oncology skills/certification Previous travel experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills Med-Surg and Telemetry patient care expertise Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting IV starts and vascular access skills Tracheostomy care and suctioning Familiarity with BiPAP/CPAP management and basic respiratory support Experience with unit equipment: GE B450 telemetry monitors, Alaris pumps, bladder scanner, Stryker beds Strong infection prevention and patient safety practices
