Required Skills:

Valid RN license in Vermont.

Strong clinical skills and experience in adult healthcare.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with correctional healthcare protocols is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior correctional healthcare experience.

Bilingual abilities.

Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Certifications such as CPR/BLS and First Aid.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse with a current Vermont license.

Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in a correctional, emergency, or acute care setting.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols within correctional facilities.

Other Requirements:

Availability to start approximately two weeks after offer acceptance.

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if needed.

Must pass background checks and health screenings required for correctional facility access.
