:The Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Educates customers about the specialty drinks, coffees, and food items. Accurately enters sales orders into cash register and completes transaction for customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Assists in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards. Education: ▪ Required: None ▪ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: ▪ Preferred: 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation OR previous experience as a Barista

Skills: ▪ Must be 16 years of age or older ▪ Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player ▪ Able to stand for long periods of time ▪ Able to move quickly ▪ Excellent customer service skills
