Overview

JOB TITLE: Café Manager Full-Time Management Position, Reporting to the Regional General Manager JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, Cleanliness, Sanitation Standards, Safety, Staff Training, Scheduling, Supervising, Cost Control, Maintaining and monitoring inventory.

Responsibilities

Support the efficient day-to-day management of Café operations at existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Complaint Resolution. Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation Standards; ensure Safety compliance. Manage Staff Training, Scheduling, and Supervising. Control costs and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

Positive, thoughtful and approachable Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities Minimum of five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager Food Safe Manager Certification
