In addition to MeiRai's facial balancing services with Botox and dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation with Sciton laser resurfacing, and non-surgical skin tightening, our facility offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic services, including lasers, microneedling, RF micro needling, dermaplaning, waxing, Hydrafacial, facials, chemical peels, vitamin injections and IV nutrient therapy, EmSculpt NEO and medically managed weight loss services. Led by Dr. James Yun and supported by a team of highly trained, certified professionals, we prioritize top-notch client care, excellence, and transformative results that build long-term relationships. We're expanding our team and seeking a passionate Advanced Aesthetician to join us in providing expert, personalized treatments that help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. *Job Responsibilities:* * Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including microneedling, chemical peels (over 30%), laser treatments, IPL, hair reduction, in compliance with Oregon's Board of Certified Advanced Estheticians standards. * Perform HydraFacials and other facial services. * Administer EmSculpt NEO treatments for body contouring and functional wellness. * Conduct client consultations to assess needs, recommend customized treatment plans, and ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain a sterile, safe environment while adhering to all health and sanitation protocols. * Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, including follow-up care and education on skin health. * Stay current with industry trends and contribute to our holistic approach to beauty and wellness. *Requirements:* * Current Oregon Advanced Esthetician certification (with a valid basic esthetics license as prerequisite). * Previous experience in medical aesthetics is a bonus, but not required. Candidate will receive training to achieve with proficiency in lasers, microneedling, peels, and medical grade skincare. * Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, safety protocols, and client-centered care. * Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for helping clients feel confident and rejuvenated. * Ability to be enthusiastically teachable and work in a team-oriented environment with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly pay: $25-$35, based on experience, plus commission on services and product sales. * Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, state-of-the-art spa setting. * A collaborative team culture focused on excellence, client satisfaction, and work-life balance. * Access to ongoing training and the latest in aesthetic technologies. * Employee discounts on treatments and products.
