Requirements:

Active RN license

Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Previous OR clinical experience

Prior leadership or management experience preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room

Ensure safe, efficient surgical services and compliance standards

Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Coordinate case flow and optimize surgical throughput

Monitor quality, infection control, and patient safety initiatives

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership

Manage department budget, supplies, and equipment

Lead staff development and education programs
