Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator

Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB) has served the Green Bay area for more than 40 years. We have two office locations, one in Allouez and one in West De Pere. We are a state-of-the-art practice that provides the highest quality orthodontic care and believes in providing outstanding customer service.

We are interviewing for a Full-Time Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator (financial and/or insurance experience preferred).

Duties to be performed include, but are not limited to:

Greet patients / Welcome New Patients

Check patients in and out of clinic.

Schedule / Reschedule Appointments

Responsible for opening and closing the front office.

Financial/Insurance experience highly preferred

General clerical duties:

Answering phones in a timely manner

Update patient information and accounts

Collecting payments

This position requires:

Ability to provide our patients with excellent customer service.

Proficient in business software applications (Excel, Word & Outlook) as well as Orthodontic specific applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and friendly outgoing personality

Ability to work as a team member as well as make independent decisions.

In addition to our standard rigorous infection control measures, we also have AtmosAir™ air purification systems at each of our locations. We also use ADS and Duramax extraoral suctions on top of our high-volume evacuation when producing any aerosols in the office. We have implemented these measures to ensure our facilities remain safe places for everyone to work and receive care.

Full-time hours range between 32-40 hours per week and must be available Monday through Friday
