Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice by executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Coordination of Care:

Ensure seamless care delivery and transitions by collaborating effectively with the healthcare team and the patient's family. Health Teaching and Promotion:

Facilitate health education and promote a safe environment for patients. Professional Performance: Practice ethically and in accordance with cultural diversity and inclusion principles. Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Foundational RN responsibilities apply.
