Corporate Associate Attorney (5-7 yrs) – Am Law 50 Firm (Chicago)

About the Position: Our client, a top-tier global law firm, is actively seeking a corporate lawyer to join its practice as a senior-level associate in Chicago. Responsibilities: · Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle, including initial platform acquisitions, add-ons, and portfolio company governance and exits · Draft a variety of transaction-related documents

Required Qualifications: · 5-7 years of experience with M&A and private equity transactions, preferably from a large law firm · Proficiency in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions · Strong familiarity with middle-market deal structures preferred · Excellent academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000 - $420,000.
