Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Texas RPH license Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience (Pediatric experience preferred) Sterile compounding training (40 hours, ACPE or ASHP accredited) Skills:

EPIC system proficiency, strong medication safety, and clinical judgment
