Associate System Engineer - Warrior Hire

Work with team to research problems, plan solutions, recommend software and systems, and coordinate developments in an orderly manner to meet business requirements. Monitor and test performance and capacity for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with partners to implement fixes. Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and resolve escalations of simple to medium complexity. Assist in the implementation and updates to the platform strategy and road map. Maintain awareness of technology trends in area of responsibility. Meet commitments and deliverables as related to participating on projects. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Review test strategies and quality standards with the Engineers on the Team.
