Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate BCBA to provide high-quality behavioural therapy, mentorship, and leadership within a supportive and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Behaviour Technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment plans with reliability and fidelity.
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and design innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
Provide parent education and collaborate with families to ensure ongoing client progress.
Demonstrate calm professionalism in challenging situations and remain adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Proactively communicate and take initiative to create a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Active Licensed Behaviour Analyst (LBA) certification in California.
Experience in conducting FBAs and developing ABA treatment plans.
Knowledge of CPT coding and billing procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
