Job Summary: HS diploma/GED (required). Urology or OB/GYN preferred BLS (required). EPIC exp. Phlebotomy skills. Clinical skills (taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, Point of care). Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program (required). Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA-CMA, AMT-RMA) (preferred). 1 or more yrs exp as Medical Assistant (preferred). Strong soft skills like communication, organization
