Licensed Plumber and Plumbing Service Technician, 3-5 years experience required

Pro Serv Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused *Licensed Plumber and Plumbing Service Technician* to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems * Replace or service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures * Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and resolve water pressure issues * Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions * Use tablets and Jobber software to document jobs and materials used * Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services

*Requirements*

* *3-5 years of experience * * Must be a licensed plumber * Strong diagnostic xmvmafu and troubleshooting ability * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded * Comfortable using tablets, software, and email * Valid driver's license with a clean record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
