Lead Sign Installer / Foreman (Exp. Required)

*We are seeking an experienced sign installer with the knowledge and skills to lead a team of about 7 guys. *

_*QUALIFICATIONS:*_

* More than 5 years hands on experience installing various types of signs * Sign types include: channel letters, pylon signs (foundation, etc) and the like * Experience Leading a Team * Extensive knowledge on sign install and service work * CDL is not required but highly preferred * Willingness to travel out of town for jobs, if needed

* Clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members regarding installation details and potential challenges * Organized * Adaptability * Strong attention to detail * Team oriented * Ability to lead a team by words and actions * Highly motivated * Customer service mentality * Assure projects are finished on time and to quality standards * Ability to lift 50lbs * Comfortable with heights up to 110' * Familiarity with OSHA safety

_*RESPONSIBILITIES:*_

* Lead and further educate the team of installers/techs * Dispatch the installers on their daily tasks * Complete installations/service * (including but not limited to)

NOTE: We do have an employee who will take care of the purchasing, assist with project managing, truck maintenance, etc.
