This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Site is looking for clinic coverage Monday - Friday 8-5 for approximately 2 weeks a month to cover for a provider out of the office

Schedule: Clinic hours, 8a-5p and scheduled surgeries Practice Setting: Outpatient Type of cases: Urology cases Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Licensure required: Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
