Account Manager
Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Redmond, WA)
$60K–$63K Base | $105K–$110K OTE (Uncapped)
We are partnering with a well-established, global technology organization to hire an Account Manager supporting a high-performing B2B sales team.
This role focuses on managing and growing an assigned portfolio of business customers while identifying expansion opportunities within existing and inactive accounts.
This is a hybrid Account Management + Business Development position with strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and retain an assigned book of business
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Re-engage warm and dormant accounts
• Present technology-based solutions to business clients
• Develop pricing strategies to support retention and growth
• Maintain pipeline visibility within Salesforce
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
What They’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications, technology, or related industries
• Full sales cycle experience
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Proven success in retention and account expansion
• Comfortable with proactive outreach
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
