About the position: A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the following: Operate heavy equipment machinery in a strategic manner Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment Identify waste type for materials processing Direct on-site truck traffic Maintain consistent communication via two-way radios and hand signals Perform all tasks in a safe and timely manner Provide customer service Upkeep the general cleanliness of the facility Preferred Experience: Waste Industry Volvo EC240BLC High Top Excavator Front End Articulating Loader Experience Komatsu 270, 320, 380 John Deere 190 DW Physical Demands: Individual must have the consistent ability to: Stand and walk during a significant portion of their shift Lift, push, and pull 50-75lbs Maintain 3 consciousness of peripheral safety hazards Operate heavy equipment machinery Aside from this awesome employment opportunity, we offer
