DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing basic nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services.

Preference to candidate with RD credentials and MA State License
